THE TECHNIQUE

Terrazzo is a decorative surface traditionally created using small pieces of contrasting stone, glass or other materials embedded into a base. This tutorial recreates the look in polymer clay using thin, irregular pieces of coloured clay.

The result is a versatile patterned slab that's especially suited to earrings, jewellery and other small polymer clay projects.
